Не отыскал себе коня,
Который предан, как кунак и по тебе,
Но вон табун в степной заре,
Пусть повезёт тебе и мне
Пусть наши кони будут в этом табуне.
И разве буду я не прав,
Сравнив степной свободный нрав
С великой жаждой жить и многое успеть
И коли жить нам суждено
Не в табуне, но заодно
Нам предстоит немало песен спеть.
