Это сильная исцеляющая мантра. Когда вы ее практикуете, очень полезно представлять, как рассасывается и уходит болезнь. Хорошо петь эту мантру во время приема лекарств, мантра помогает оживить лекарства, и этим усиливает их действие.
"Бекандзе" - означает избавление от боли, "Маха Бекандзе" — великое избавление от боли. Согласно одному из толкований первого "Бекандзе", оно означает устранение не только страдания от болезней, но и всех страданий вообще. Здесь имеется в виду устранение страдания от смерти и нового рождения, причина которых в карме и омрачениях. В общем, первое "Бекандзе" избавляет от всех страданий тела и ума, включая старение и болезни.
Второе "Бекандзе" устраняет все истинные причины страдания, которые являются не внешними, а внутренними, то есть, находятся в нашем уме. Это относится к карме и омрачениям. Именно внутренние причины ведут к тому, что такие внешние факторы как пища или пребывание на солнце становятся причиной заболевания.
Всякий, кто создает негативную причину и ничего не предпринимает для её очищения, обязательно испытает её результат, подобно тому, как посаженное в землю семя обязательно прорастет, если с ним ничего не случится. Если есть причина и нет препятствий для этой причины, то, естественно, вскоре проявится и результат.
Таким образом, второе "Бекандзе" относится к устранению причины страдания — кармы, созданной омраченным умом.
Третья фраза - "Маха Бекандзе" или "Великое Избавление" — связана с устранением даже тонких отпечатков от омрачений, оставшихся в сознании.
В действительности мантра Будды Медицины включает в себя все этапы пути к просветлению. Первое "Бекандзе" указывает на путь существа низшего уровня, второе "Бекандзе" — на путь существа среднего уровня, "Маха Бекандзе" — на путь существа высшего уровня. Итак, в мантре Будды Медицины заключен весь путь к состоянию будды — с начала и до несравненного счастья полного просветления.
Чтение мантры оставляет благие отпечатки в нашем сознании, и мы обретаем возможность осуществить весь путь, содержащийся в мантре. Благословение, которое наполняет наше сердце, помогает нам пройти все этапы пути к просветлению, который обозначен словами "Бекандзе, Бекандзе, Маха Бекандзе".
Слог ОМ состоит из трёх букв — а, о, ма, которые соответствуют чистым Телу, Речи и Уму Будды Медицины. Осуществление полного пути к просветлению очищает наши нечистые тело, речь и ум и преобразует их в чистые Тело, Речь и Ум Будды Медицины. Затем мы становимся совершенным проводником для живых существ.
Благодаря своему всеведущему уму мы обретем возможность безошибочно видеть уровень сознания каждого живого существа и неустанно определять подходящие для них методы, с тем, чтобы последовательно вести к несравненному счастью полного просветления.
Мы обретем совершенную способность проявляться в различных формах и находить нужные методы для помощи живым существам, включая даяние им материальных благ, образования или Учения Будды. Всех живых существ, у которых созрела карма совершенных в прошлом благих действий, мы сможем незамедлительно повести за собой к просветлению.

This is a powerful healing mantra. When you practice it, it is very useful to imagine how the illness dissolves and disappears. It is good to sing this mantra while taking medication, the mantra helps to revitalize medicines, and this strengthens their effect.
& quot; Bekandze & quot; "means getting rid of the pain," Macha Bekandze & quot; Great relief from pain. According to one of the interpretations of the first "Bekandze", it means the elimination not only of suffering from disease, but of all suffering in general. Here we mean the elimination of the suffering of death and new birth, the cause of which is in karma and defilements. In general, the first "Bekandze" Relieves all the suffering of the body and mind, including aging and disease.
The second is Bekandze & quot; eliminates all the true causes of suffering, which are not external, but internal, that is, are in our mind. This refers to karma and defilements. It is the internal causes that lead to the fact that external factors such as food or exposure to the sun cause the disease.
Anyone who creates a negative cause and does nothing to cleanse it, will certainly experience its result, just as a seed planted into the earth will necessarily germinate if nothing happens to it. If there is a reason and there are no obstacles for this reason, then, naturally, soon the result will also appear.
Thus, the second "Bekandze" refers to the elimination of the cause of suffering - karma, created by a clouded mind.
The third phrase - & quot; Maha Bekandze & quot; or & quot; Great Redemption & quot; - is associated with the removal of even the finest prints from defilements left in the mind.
In fact, the Buddha's mantra of Medicine includes all the stages of the path to enlightenment. First & quot; Bekandze & quot; indicates the path of a lower-level being, the second is "Bekandze" - on the path of an intermediate-level creature, & quot; Maha Bekandze & quot; - the path of a higher level being. So, in the mantra of the Buddha of Medicine, the whole path to the state of the Buddha is concluded - from the beginning to the incomparable happiness of full enlightenment.
Reading the mantra leaves good impressions in our minds, and we gain the opportunity to realize the entire path contained in the mantra. The blessing that fills our heart helps us to go through all the stages of the path to enlightenment, which is indicated by the words "Bekandze, Bekandze, Maha Bekandze".
The syllable OM consists of three letters - a, o, ma, which correspond to the pure Body, Speech and the Mind of the Medicine Buddha. The realization of the full path to enlightenment purifies our impure body, speech and mind and transforms them into the pure Body, Speech and Mind of the Medicine Buddha. Then we become the perfect guide for living beings.
Thanks to our omniscient mind, we will have the opportunity to accurately see the level of consciousness of every living being and tirelessly determine the methods suitable for them, so as to consistently lead to the incomparable happiness of full enlightenment.
We will have the perfect ability to manifest in various forms and find the necessary methods to help living beings, including giving them material wealth, education or the Teachings of the Buddha. All living beings who have matured the karma of past good deeds, we can immediately lead to enlightenment.
