Просили снега до зимы,
Чтоб он их спрятал, но, увы...
Снег не шёл, он крепко спал
И про Слонов, про тех, не знал.
Боятся Чудища слоны –
Отнять у них желает сны!
Пожить хотят Слоны в свой век,
Но, чтоб прожить, им нужен снег...
А снег всё спал! Так крепко спал,
Что про Слонов, про тех, не знал!
И только летом снег пошёл,
И тут же всех Слонов нашёл...
Да только пухом снег тот был,
Хоть и Слонов собой накрыл.
А ветер? А ветер это всё, всё украл, украл!
И страшный зверь, и страшный зверь Слонов сыскал, сыскал!
Лишил покоя их, покоя их и снов, и снов...
И нет уж больше тех Слонов, Слонов!
А как же снег?! Что снег? – Он крепко спал
И про Слонов, про тех, не знал.
Мне рассказал ту сказку дед
Назад уж много, много лет…
И до сих пор мне снятся сны,
Как просят снега у весны
Белые слоны...
Белые Слоны…
Белые Слоны…
