Здание мэрии на Большой Садовой обзаведётся новой кровле, что станет заключительным этапом реконструкции особняка 19-го века. Соответствующий конкурс появился на днях на портале Госзакупок. Изучила детали предстоящего тендера Мария Погребняк, а заодно выяснила, что проводимый ремонт не обошелся без скандала.Особняк на Большой Садовой 47 был построен в 1899-м легендарным архитектором Александром Померанцевым и с тех пор не раз подвергалось разрушениям. В 20-х прошлого века в здании случился пожар, и оно лишилось угловых куполов. В время Великой отечественной рухнула северная часть дома. Ремонтировали памятник архитектуры дважды - в 50-м и в 96-м годах. Последняя реконструкция считается самой масштабной, вспоминает архитектор Сергей Алексеев.

Нынешний ремонт начался в конце июня и займёт два года – за это время заменят облицовку цоколя, отремонтируют поверхности с микротрещинами и почистят декоративные элементы из металла. В начале сентября мэрии вернули исторический облик – перекрасили фасад из белого в кремовый. Это поначалу вызвало недовольство горожан. Но именно таким здание было построено в конце 19-го века, объяснила автор проекта реставрации Виктория Пищулина.

На днях разразился скандал: заказчика ремонта и руководителя
городского хозяйственного управления Александра Бойкова заподозрили в «служебном подлоге» и «Превышении должностных полномочий». По версии следствия, в документы организации-подрядчика были внесены якобы ложные сведения. Из-за этого городской бюджет потерял 5 миллионов рублей. Бойков сейчас под подпиской о невыезде. А тем временем, его ведомство объявило ещё один конкурс – теперь собираются обновить кровлю мэрии.
После ремонта крыша из зеленой станет коричневой. Нынешнее покрытие заменят листовой сталью и кровлей из металлочерепицы. Это коснётся в том числе Эркеров (выступающих частей фасада) и куполов по всему периметру здания, а также карнизного свеса крыши и обрешётки. Стропила обработают огнезащитными веществами. Также установят новую систему гидроизоляции: заменят водостоки и добавят новые воронки и трубы.
Добавлю, подрядчика выберут в конце октября. Он должен успеть до начала будущего лета. Стоимость работ – 20 миллионов рублей, столько же потратили на восстановление фасада мэрии.
В скором времени начнётся ремонт ещё одного знакового для Ростова здания – донской консерватории. Ей также обещают вернуть исторический – бежевый цвет. В первую очередь изменения коснутся восточного фасада, обращённого к Буденновскому.

The current renovation began at the end of June and will take two years - during this time, the plinth lining will be replaced, surfaces with microcracks will be repaired and decorative metal elements will be cleaned. In early September, the city hall returned to its historical appearance - the facade was repainted from white to cream. This initially caused discontent among the townspeople. But this is exactly how the building was built at the end of the 19th century, explained the author of the restoration project Victoria Pishchulina.

The other day, a scandal erupted: the repair customer and the head
of the city economic administration Alexander Boykov was suspected of "official forgery" and "Exceeding official powers." According to the investigation, allegedly false information was included in the documents of the contractor organization. Because of this, the city budget lost 5 million rubles. Boykov is now under recognizance not to leave. Meanwhile, his department announced another competition - now they are going to renew the roof of the city hall.
After renovation, the roof will turn from green to brown. The current coating will be replaced with sheet steel and metal roofing. This will affect, among other things, Bay windows (protruding parts of the facade) and domes around the entire perimeter of the building, as well as the eaves overhang of the roof and lathing. The rafters will be treated with fire retardants. They will also install a new waterproofing system: they will replace the gutters and add new funnels and pipes.
I will add that the contractor will be chosen at the end of October. He should be in time before the beginning of next summer. The cost of the work is 20 million rubles, the same amount was spent on the restoration of the facade of the city hall.
The renovation of another landmark building for Rostov - the Don Conservatory will soon begin. She is also promised to return the historical - beige color. First of all, the changes will affect the eastern facade facing Budennovsky.
