КОБЫЛЬЯ ГОЛОВАПоженились вдовый мужик и вдовая баба мужик да баба. У них были две дочери: одна мужикова, другая бабова. Баба падчерицу свою невзлюбила и говорит мужику:
- Вези свою дочь куда хочешь.Делать нечего. Повез мужик свою дочку в лес. Видит, в лесу стоит избушка, а в ней никого нет. Он завел туда дочь и говорит:
- Ты здесь посиди, а я пойду дров насеку.А сам прицепил к двери березовую ветку. Ветер дует, ветка стучит да стучит, а дочь думает, что отец дрова сечет. А отец давно уж дома. Долго ли, коротко ли, идет из леса кобылья голова, без ног, без хвоста, подходит к избушке и говорит:
- Девчонка, девчонка, отвори мне ворота!Девочка выбежала, отворила ворота. Кобылья голова зашла в избушку.
- Девчонка, девчонка, пересади меня с порога на лавку.Девочка взяла ее и пересадила с порога на лавку. Кобылья голова говорит:
- Девчонка, девчонка, отвари мне ворота. Девчонка вышла и отворила ворота. Кобылья голова зашла в избушку.
- Девчонка, девчонка, пересади меня с порога на лавку. Девочка взяла да пересолила ее с порога на лавку.
- Девчонка, девчонка, постели постелю, меня спать уложи.Девочка постелила постелю и кобылью голову уложила, а кобылья голова
ей говорит:
- Полезай ко мне в правое ухо, а в левое вылазий. Вот девочка влезла ей в правое ухо и вылезла в левое и стала красавицей. Тут к избушке кони с возом добра подъехали - и повезли девочку к отцовскому дому.Там все так и ахнули. Девочка всех одарила - и отца, и бабу, и бабову дочь.Вот баба и говорит мужику:
- Вези мою дочь туда же. Мужик не перечил. Привез бабову дочь в лесную избушку. Завел ее туда
и говорит:
- Ты тут посиди, а я схожу за дровами.Да опять привязал к двери березовую ветку. Она колотится, бабова дочь думает: "Отчим дрова сечет".Долго ли, коротко ли, идет кобылья голова, без ног, без хвоста:
- Девчонка, девчонка, отвори мне ворота!А бабова дочь - ей:
- Не барыня, сама отворишь...Кобылья голова зашла в избушку.
- Девчонка, девчонка, пересади меня через порог, постели постелю да спать уложи.А бабова дочь - ей:
- Я и дома не стелю и тебе не стану.
- Девчонка, девчонка, - говорит кобылья голова, - полезай мне в левое ухо, а в правое вылазь. Бабова дочь и влезла ей в левое ухо, а из правого вылезла, да не красавицей, а беззубой старухой.
