Случилось это в 70-е гг. в Тюмени. Этот жуткий случай был похоронен в архивах. Волна преступлений, прокатившаяся тогда по Тюмени, вызвала массовый шок, который сначала загнал в квартиры население почти целой области, а затем вывел на улицы и чуть не привел к антикоммунистическому перевороту... За месяц из густонаселенного района города исчезли 19 детей. Розыски милиции ни к чему не привели. Последней в этом списке числилась Ирина Семенюк - 2 года, но нашлась она первой. В городе началась паника. Родители ни на шаг не отпускали детей от себя, многие дети не ходили в школы и детские сады. Сидела дома и Ирочка Семенюк. Так получилось, что однажды отец девочки на своем "Москвиче" задавил у подъезда болонку, принадлежавшую семье молодых врачей, живущих над ними. Он предлагал соседям большие деньги, но те отказались. Через месяц внезапно исчезла Ирочка.Это был страшный удар для Семенюков, сделавших, казалось, все для защиты своей дочери. В милиции приняли заявление об исчезновении ребенка, не скрывая, однако, что найти ее - надежды мало. Тем временем по ночам, а иногда и днем Семенюкам стали слышаться странные звуки, будто скулила собака. Зоя, так звали соседку сверху, извинилась и сказала, что они завели щенка, подрезали ему хвост, вот он и скулит.
...Петр Семенюк, как обычно, приехал перекусить домой, и первое, что ему бросилось в глаза, была вода, стекавшая на дорожку из-под двери ванной. Заливало сверху. Слышно было, как изводится соседский щенок. Когда пришедшие сантехники взломали дверь и открыли ванную комнату, то на них бросилась посаженная на цепь... Нет, не собака. Это была Ирочка. Отец сначала кинулся к ней, но не совладал с собой, выбежал вон из квартиры. Потом опять появился с перекошенным лицом и стал неистово целовать девочку, вернее то, что от нее осталось: ножки - по коленки, а ручки по локти были обрезаны по всем правилам ампутации. Культи еще не совсем зажили, от бинта тянулись по полу ленточки крови и гноя. Маленькое существо рвалось в стороны на своей цепочке, поскальзывалось и, падая, ударяясь о ванну, издавало те самые звуки, которые Семенюки приняли за жалобный лай собаки. Язык у Иры тоже был вырезан. Взрослые мужчины не скрывали слез, глядя на полудевочку-полусобаку. Особая группа задержала этих врачей-садистов. Милиционеры едва сдерживали себя, чтобы не устроить самосуд. Один лейтенант, не выдержав, нанес несколько ударов преступнику в пах, и, если бы его не остановили, забил бы насмерть. Но шестеро людей, находившихся в квартире, не успели сдвинуться с места, как все было кончено. Арестованные кивнули друг другу, и в тот же миг сверкнули два тонких лезвия. Прежде чем их успели схватить за руки, скальпели, направленные мастерскими движениями, распороли животы обоим, и внутренности тяжело плюхнулись на ковер. Оба палача рухнули без признаков жизни. Врач скорой помощи констатировал смерть. Кроме Иры Семенюк, а точнее того, что от нее осталось, нашелся только Илюша Монин - 4 лет. Его обнаружили недалеко от Тюмени. По грязным одеялам по полу ползало существо, в котором не сразу можно было признать человека: голова с пустыми фиолетовыми глазницами, обрубок туловища и всего одна рука, с помощью которой Ильюша передвигался от валявшегося в углу хламья к алюминиевой миске с кислым молоком, облепленной множеством тараканов.

The cults had not yet completely healed, from the bandage streamers of blood and pus stretched across the floor. A small creature torn to the sides on its chain, slipped and, falling, hitting the bath, made the very sounds that Semenyuki took for the dog's mournful barking. Ira’s tongue was also cut out. Adult men did not hide their tears, looking at the half-girl, half-dog. A special group detained these sadistic doctors. The police barely restrained themselves so as not to organize a lynching. One lieutenant, unable to stand it, delivered several blows to the criminal in the groin, and if he had not been stopped, he would have beaten to death. But the six people who were in the apartment did not have time to budge, when it was all over. The arrested nodded to each other, and at the same moment two thin blades flashed. Before they had time to grab hold of their hands, scalpels directed by masterful movements, tucked their bellies in both, and the insides heavily plopped down on the carpet. Both executioners collapsed with no signs of life. An ambulance doctor stated death. In addition to Ira Semenyuk, or rather what was left of her, only Ilyusha Monin was found - 4 years old. He was discovered near Tyumen. A creature crawled across the floor in dirty blankets, which could not immediately recognize a person: a head with empty purple eye sockets, a stump of the body and just one hand, with which Ilyusha moved from the rubbish lying in the corner to an aluminum bowl with sour milk, plastered with many cockroaches .
